Popcorn Tiffin Cake

Try out this recipe for tiffin with a twist...

A slice of our popcorn tiffin cake goes particularly well with a cup of tea!

Popcorn Tiffin Cake


Mackie’s sweet popcorn (1/2 pack/35g)
50g mini Marshmallows (save some for topping)
30g Digestive biscuits (broken up into small pieces)
50g syrup
50g unsalted butter
200g plain chocolate
50g white chocolate (to drizzle over)

Gently melt plain chocolate, syrup & butter together. Then mix in the biscuits, popcorn & marshmallows until all combined.
Transfer this mix into a lined cake tin and spread flat. Top with the leftover marshmallows and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Put into the fridge for a couple of hours until set and then cut into slices to serve!
