Mackie's Popcorn Tiffin

This straightforward tray-bake makes for an indulgent treat - try it with either our Butterscotch or Sweet & Salted popcorn for a quick snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Mackie's Popcorn Tiffin

200g Mackie’s chocolate (dark or milk, whichever you prefer)
100g butter
1 (397g) tin of condensed milk
1/2 bag of Mackie’s Sweet & Salted Popcorn (our Butterscotch popcorn works great too!)
200g crushed digestive biscuits
100g raisins
75g mini marshmallows

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
Add the condensed milk and mix well, then stir in the popcorn, biscuits, raisins and marshmallows.
Line an 8x6” baking tin with Clingfilm/grease-proof paper and put the mixture into it, making sure to level it out.
Put in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
Turn out onto a chopping board, peel off the Clingfilm/paper and cut into squares.

Optional: top with more marshmallows and drizzle chocolate over.
