Smoked Salmon Dip

This creamy dip has a touch of luxury with pieces of smoked salmon throughout.

Smoked Salmon Dip

1 (180g) tub of cream cheese
2 teaspoons Horseradish sauce
115g smoked salmon (chopped into small pieces)
2 tablespoons of soured cream
Sprinkle of black pepper
Squeeze of lemon

Mix together the cream cheese, soured cream and horseradish sauce.
Then add in the chopped smoked salmon, a squeeze of lemon and a touch of black pepper.
