Blue Cheese & Whisky Dip

We developed this dip for World Whisky Day and it makes the perfect accompaniment to our Whisky & Haggis Crisps!

Blue Cheese & Whisky Dip

Ingredients
100g soured cream
100g mayonnaise
100g crumbled Stilton (or similar)
1 tablespoon of your chosen Whisky
Salt and pepper to season

Mix together the soured cream, mayonnaise & whisky before crumbling in the Stilton. Season well before topping with a handful of crumbled Stilton and serving with Mackie’s Ridge Cut Crisps.

We recommend trying this with our Whisky & Haggis Crisps but if this sounds like a Whisky overload it'll go very nicely with our Lightly Salted Ridge Cut!
