Garlic & Herb Dip
This simple dip is nice & creamy, with a hint of garlic and a sprinkling of fresh chives.
Creamy Herb Dip
1 x 150g Le Roule garlic & herb cheese (or similar)
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small tub (150ml) soured cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives to garnish
Mix all the ingredients together to create the dip, adding a little milk if too thick.
Sprinkle with the chives and serve with a bowl of Mackie’s Caramelised Red Onion Ridge Cut Crisps go particularly well with this one!
