Mackie's Rocky Road Popcorn Clusters
These popcorn rocky road clusters are the perfect sweet treat, and they couldn't be easier to make!
Mackie’s Rocky Road Popcorn clusters
200g Mackie’s milk chocolate
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
½ bag Mackie’s Sweet and Salted Popcorn
75g mini marshmallows
30g chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Put the chocolate into a bowl and melt on low power in the microwave for 2 mins, then add the oil.
Place the popcorn, hazelnuts (if using) and marshmallows in a large bowl and pour over the melted chocolate, stir to coat evenly.
Pop dessertspoon sized clusters onto greaseproof paper and put in the fridge to firm up for about an hour.
These little clusters can be put into pretty cupcake cases for parties and drizzled with melted white chocolate!
