Whisky Month Recipe: Whisky & Blue Cheese Dip

It's Whisky Month this May so we've decided to whip up a (slightly!) boozy dip to mark the occasion.

Our Whisky & Blue Cheese Dip isn't for the faint hearted but if you like them both you'll love this recipe for a weekend treat!

Whisky & Blue Cheese Dip

100g soured cream
100g mayonnaise
100g crumbled Stilton (or similar)
1 tablespoon of your chosen Whisky
Salt and pepper to season

Mix together the soured cream, mayonnaise & whisky before crumbling in the Stilton. Season well before topping with a handful of crumbled Stilton and serving with Mackie’s Ridge Cut Crisps.

We recommend trying this with our Whisky & Haggis Crisps but if this sounds like a Whisky overload it'll go very nicely with our Lightly Salted Ridge Cut!
